It's possible that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 could put up even bigger numbers than its predecessor, but we'll have to wait and see. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 is slated for release on June 3, putting it up against Universal Pictures' Popstar: Never Stop Stopping. The screenwriters also wrote last year's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which took in $485 million worldwide from a $125 million budget, and they also wrote the 2011 blockbuster Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol, which was released by Paramount.
